Schools Infrastructure NSW projects including new builds, refurbishments, and maintenance. We understand the compliance requirements for working in live education environments — background checks, working-with-children clearances, minimal disruption to teaching schedules.

Aboriginal Community Infrastructure
Direct engagement with Aboriginal Land Councils, Aboriginal Housing Office, and Aboriginal community organisations. Projects include Warlga Ngurra Women's & Children's Refuge (3-phase build, $81k), Darkinjung LALC works, and Awabakal aged care facilities.

Panel arrangements with BGIS (Building Group Inc Services) for government facilities maintenance across NSW. Reactive and planned maintenance for government estates — we understand the speed and documentation requirements for panel work.
