Recent Lower Hunter Project: Warlga Ngurra Women's & Children's Refuge, Raymond Terrace — $81k ex GST

We delivered a 3-phase build for Warlga Ngurra Women's & Children's Refuge in Raymond Terrace (near Maitland) for $81,000 ex GST. This was a direct contract with an Aboriginal community organisation, completed 2025, demonstrating our capacity to deliver complex, multi-phase community builds in the lower Hunter. The project included structural modifications, accessible bathrooms, and fit-out works to support women and children fleeing domestic violence.
