The job
Susan wanted the working half of the house done properly and done together — kitchen, bathroom and laundry, plus a butler's pantry that did not exist before. Doing them in one run means one set of trades, one mess and one finish date, instead of living through three separate jobs.
What we delivered
Full strip-out and rebuild of the kitchen, bathroom and laundry, a new butler's pantry, and the dining area brought in with them so the finishes carry through. Waterproofing, tiling, cabinetry, benchtops, electrical and plumbing all sequenced by one crew.
