Do I need to own the land before getting a quote?

No — we quote indicatively and can look over land before you buy.

Can I use my own architect or designer?

Yes — any qualified architect or draftsperson, or we can recommend one.

How long does a new build take?

Typically 10–16 months contract-to-keys: approvals 4–12 weeks, construction 6–14 months. You get a detailed program before signing.

What's included in the fixed price?

Everything on the plans and specifications. Exclusions are listed plainly — typically land, design and council fees, connections, rock excavation and landscaping.

How do payments work?

Standard stage payments — slab, frame, lock-up, fixing, practical completion. We work with most banks and brokers.
