The job

Thales Group runs munitions facilities across regional NSW. Barpa — a tier-1 Indigenous contractor — held the Zone 3 upgrade and needed a subcontractor who could work across three separate depots, hold the site clearances, and keep working while each facility stayed live.

What we delivered

Carpentry, demolition and fitout across the Jennings, Denman and Myambat sites. Remote locations meant materials were staged ahead of each mobilisation so no day was lost waiting on a delivery, and every access request ran through Barpa's project management and the site security officers.

Outcome

Delivered across all three sites in 2025 and the largest single project in our register. It is the work that put us on Barpa's subcontractor list for Defence delivery.
