Single-storey 3–4 bed homes on your land. Pricing excludes land, siteworks, driveways and landscaping but includes full HIA warranty, council DA assistance, and engineered plans. Competitive with volume builders but with local, personal service.

Wyong Council & CDC process

Granny flats under 60m² on blocks over 450m² typically qualify for CDC (Complying Development Certificate) — faster approval than DA, usually 20 business days. We assist with:

  • CDC pathway eligibility check (block size, setbacks, BAL, heritage overlays)
  • Private certifier coordination
  • Bushfire Attack Level reports (common in Wyong due to bushland interface)
  • Structural engineering for sloping sites

For renovations and new builds requiring DA (Development Application), we coordinate with Central Coast Council's assessment team and provide all required documentation.
