Ongoing panel for residential and commercial insurance reactive works. Typical scopes: roof repairs post-storm, water ingress rectification (ceiling, wall cavity, flooring), fire damage restoration carpentry, break-and-enter door/window replacement, and vandalism repairs. Our Maintenance Contracts & Agreements

We offer three maintenance engagement models:

1. Standing Offer Panel (e.g. BGIS, tier-1 head contractors)

Pre-qualified sub-contractor for call-off works under head contractor facilities management agreements. Typical term: 2–3 years renewable. Works issued via purchase order or variation; invoiced monthly. Scope: government buildings, health clinics, schools, justice centres.

2. Scheduled Maintenance Agreement (e.g. LALC, body corporate, AMS)

12-month renewable contract with quarterly planned visits + reactive callout included. Fixed monthly or quarterly fee covers scheduled inspections, minor repairs (under agreed threshold, e.g. $500/visit), and priority reactive response. Larger works quoted separately. Ideal for Aboriginal community organisations, strata managers, and aged care providers.

3. Reactive Insurance Panel (e.g. National Insurance Builders, CGU, QBE)

No retainer; works issued per insurance claim. Quote submitted to loss adjuster within 24–48 hours of site inspection. Payment terms: progress claim at practical completion, final invoice 7 days post-handover. Typical scopes: storm damage, water ingress, fire, vandalism, break-and-enter.
