Trades & Services We Need

Koori Constructions works across residential, commercial, government, defence, health, education, and community projects. We're looking for subcontractors and suppliers who share our commitment to quality, safety, and fair dealings.

Priority Trades (Currently Seeking)

  • Licensed Plumbers — residential & commercial plumbing, drainage, gas fitting
  • Licensed Electricians — residential & commercial electrical, data, solar
  • Concreters — slabs, driveways, footpaths, structural concrete
  • Landscapers — earthworks, retaining walls, turf, gardens
  • Steel Fixers — reinforcement for slabs, footings, structural steel
  • Painters — interior & exterior, residential & commercial
  • Tilers — floor & wall tiling, waterproofing
  • Gyprocking & Plastering — drywalling, finishing, cornice
  • Roofing — metal roofing, tile roofing, guttering, flashing
  • Excavation & Earthworks — site prep, bulk earthworks, trenching
  • Scaffolding — residential & commercial hire
  • Glaziers — windows, doors, shower screens, mirrors
  • HVAC — split systems, ducted air, ventilation
  • Joinery & Cabinetry — kitchens, wardrobes, commercial joinery
  • Specialist Suppliers — building materials, hardware, plant hire

What We're Looking For

  • Licensed & Insured: Current trade licences, public liability insurance ($10M+ preferred), contract works cover where applicable.
  • Reliable: Turn up on time, communicate proactively, deliver to schedule.
  • Quality-Focused: Work to Australian Standards, Building Code of Australia, and client specifications.
  • Safety-Conscious: WHS compliant, SWMS ready, site-safe induction completed.
  • Fair Pricing: Competitive rates, clear quotes, no surprises.
  • Regional Availability: Service Central Coast, Lake Macquarie, Newcastle, Hunter, and/or Port Stephens.
